Our tutoring sessions can take place in various settings. We offer both in-person and online tutoring options. In-person sessions consist of a travel to your scholar option, which requires the tutor to travel to your perferred location. Online sessions are conducted through a secure and user-friendly online platform, providing flexibility and convenience.

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to make the process hassle-free for you. We accept payments through the K-12 Learning Acceration Grant, credit and debit cards, and ApplePay. Our invoicing process is secure and user-friendly, ensuring your financial information is handled safely.

There are no refunds on services rendered or for services that are pre-paid.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance or there will be a $35.00 late notice fee applied to your next invoice. This required notice helps us accommodate your needs and manage an effective schedule. No shows are always charged the full amount, if travel is required. Virtual sessions are only open for 15 minutes past the start time before the session is closed and the client is marked as a no show, if no communication has taken place.

Our tutoring session and education consulting prices depend on factors such as the subject, level of expertise required, session length, and any additional resources or materials provided. Session prices are subject to shift throughout peak seasons. Clients are always encouraged to book ahead when feasible to ensure designated times are available that meet the needs of their scholar. 

Yes, if tutoring service is being provided a single registration fee of $50.00 per scholar is applied to offset administrative expenses. This fee is included in the initial invoice and may occasionally be waived during promotional periods. Organizations or small group services in need of education consulting services will also be charged a fee that considers the size of the group.
