Our tutoring sessions can take place in various settings. We offer both in-person and online tutoring options. In-person sessions consist of a travel to your scholar option, which requires the tutor to travel to your perferred location. Online sessions are conducted through a secure and user-friendly online platform, providing flexibility and convenience.

Yes, if tutoring service is being provided a single registration fee of $50.00 per scholar is applied to offset administrative expenses. This fee is included in the initial invoice and may occasionally be waived during promotional periods. Organizations or small group services in need of education consulting services will also be charged a fee that considers the size of the group. 

We offer a range of convenient payment options to make the process easy for you. Payments can be made via credit or debit cards and Apple Pay. Our secure and user-friendly invoicing system ensures that your financial information is protected at all times.

There are no refunds on services rendered or for services that are pre-paid.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance or there will be a $30.00 late notice fee applied to your next invoice. This required notice helps us accommodate your needs and manage an effective schedule. No shows are always charged the full amount, if travel is required. Virtual sessions are only open for 15 minutes past the start time before the session is closed and the client is marked as a no show, if no communication has taken place.

Our tutoring and educational consulting rates vary depending on whether the session is in-person or virtual, the length of the session, and any travel required. We encourage clients to book sessions in advance whenever possible to secure times that best accommodate their scholar’s needs.

By attending our events or engaging with our services, you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording that may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. These images and recordings may be used on our website, social media, printed materials, and other promotional platforms.
